The hospitality and service provided by the staff were outstanding. We were greeted with big smiles everywhere we went, and they made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was the delicious food. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and found the quality and taste to be excellent. The resort's restaurant surpassed our expectations, as we tried dining at another nearby resort but found the food at Aureum to be far superior. We are already excited to return with our fiancé for another unforgettable stay at this beautiful location. I highly recommend Aureum Palace Hotel & Resort Inle for its outstanding hospitality, great food, and peaceful ambiance.

This hotel provided an incredibly luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and private facilities. the restaurant was outstanding with a delicious continental breakfast and fantastic bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the location, as it was quite far from the main town and surrounding attractions. the hotel offered plenty of activities and attractions on-site, including a rejuvenating Jacuzzi and elegant room advantages, which compensated for the distance.

The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the serene and beautiful lake. the staff were warm and welcoming, treating us with exceptional hospitality throughout our trip. We particularly enjoyed the romantic candlelit dinner by the lakeside, creating a magical ambiance that we will never forget.

The restaurant menu was quite expensive and there weren't many outside options nearby. the hotel was quite secluded and required a bit of a journey to get to town.

Spent my New Year in this hotel, and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, and the complementary drinks and snacks were a bonus. The location was perfect near the lake, sunrise and sunset was breathtaking. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony view.

I have to say that the food was not good. I tried several dishes, but they were all tasteless and overpriced.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spacious rooms and amazing view of the lake were definitely highlights. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with very few guests and a pool that I had all to myself.
